Paying the $5 setup fee will assure you that if you ever need a backup restored, we will take care of everything with your cPanel and web host to make sure your site is restored on a timely manner. Simple as that!

Upon sign up, you will be asked to supply us your domain name, username, and password. If you do not feel comfortable giving us this information, we will email you a detailed tutorial on how to setup the automatic backups with our service.

If you choose to supply us with this information, certified cPanelBackup.com staff will setup your cPanel to backup all your files, databases, subdomains, and emails to our servers.

Your backups will be stored on servers at the cPanelBackup center. These servers are loaded with hard drives, each hold 250GB of storage or more. Enough drives are in stock to readily supply all of our clients, so space is never a problem!
