A. cPanelBackup.com is a company that focuses on backup solutions directly to the clients of hosting companies. By paying small monthly fees, the client will know for sure that their site is completely backed up.

Q. How Does It work?

After you purchase from us, technicians will setup your cPanel to backup your site to our servers every day, week, or month. No work needed on your end whatsoever!

Q. What's the point?
A.
The backups that cPanel makes are kept in your website directory, therefore any hard drive failure or hack will cause your backup to be deleted. Our solutions are created to keep off-site backups so you can have a copy on hand at all times.

Q. What if I switch hosts?
A.
Perfect, we can help! If you ever move hosts, you won't even need to re-upload your site, we will go right in and upload the backup for you!

Q. What Do I need To Do?
A.
All you need to do is pay your bill every month, make sure we have the updated username and password to your cPanel. You can sit back, relax, and feel secure to know that you will always have a backup on hand!

Q. Can I decide to not supply you with my username and password?
A.
Absolutely! Our service is designed so that you can always keep your private information away from us. We will give you a detailed tutorial upon signup on how to setup your cPanel to automatically transfer backups to our servers. The script will be provided to you, and you will just need to fill in the required forms. Setup takes no more than 5 minutes, and technicians are always there to help you!

Q. How Do I retrieve backups?
A.
You will be given 24/7 FTP access to your backup directory where you will be able to download all your backups.

Q. What if I only need one file of the backup?
A.
If you only need a couple files out of the backup, and don't want the whole backup restored, we can extract them right out. Just ask!

Q. What if you fail to backup my site?
A.
You are sent an email each time a backup is downloaded to our servers. In the case that we ever fail to download a backup, we will refund you 100% for that month. Guaranteed.

Q. What are email notifications?
A.
The daily plan comes with detailed email notification, where you will get individual emails from a technician concerning your backups.

Billing:

Q. What payment processors do you use?
A.
You can pay your invoices online using PayPal and 2checkout, or offline by sending a Check or Money order.

Q. Is it safe to purchase from you?
A.
Both our 2 payment processors are very safe and popular to use, so you shouldn't have a problem with safety.

Q. Will I get billed automatically every month?
A.
No. Customers will be sent a bill every month that they manually pay, instead of billing your credit card every month.

Q. How do I cancel my service?
A.
Just email support@cpanelbackup.com and we will go about canceling your account with us.
